Acclaim were known for various video games such as Burnout, Shadow Man and Turok among others. But, they were infamous for their dumb marketing of said games such as naming a baby named Turok or attempting to promote Shadow Man 2econd Coming on actual tombstones in cemeteries for example. Acclaim filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in September 2004. I want to know how they started and what led to their decline.
