Woolworths is one of two Australian Supermarket chains that dominate the industry. Along with their main competition, Coles, they control nearly 80% of the Australian market.

However, Woolworths has been having some pretty bad troubles lately. They’ve been caught under-paying employees up to as much as 300 million in total and they’ve also just undergone a massive restructure effort that has seen a lot of employees get let go or be forced to re-apply for their previous job but for a lower pay rate.
