Bennigans is a fascinating rise and fall story. At one point they were the standard in affordable, casual food and drink in 1980’s and were owned by Pilsbury. By 2008, their new owner was filing for Chapter 7. They still have roughly a dozen locations in the US and other abroad, however, so a comeback is always still possible.
