I personally find the founder of this company, Bob Moore, really interesting. He started from nothing and went into the gas industry at first, but when he had a drive towards healthier foods after a family-related event he started experimenting in the whole-grain and flour industry. He also transferred the ownership of the company onto his own employees in 2010, which I think is the coolest and rarest thing a company can do.
