My perception of their widespreadedness might be biased due to my living on the West Coast where so many people are health conscious, but they serve that customer base so well, giving especially those with food allergies multiple options to substitute traditional ingredients in staple recipes in the USA. They are employee-owned due to the founder’s benevolent philosophy, and their branding is locally renowned. I’ve had breakfast at the original Mill, and it was great, too.
