Chick n’ Cone was once popular among many in my community. However, as of recently they have quickly shut down almost all their franchises in Texas. Honestly, I am just curious to why they made the sudden decision (I have a feeling that it is due to the lack of marketing). I would like to see a deep dive into the company itself and the possible reasons why their restaurants have failed. It’s heartbreaking to hear about the closing of their restaurants since my family and I loved their food. Overall, I want to see if there are others out who share an experience similar to mine because Chick n’Cone came and left so abruptly despite the consistent quality of their products and service.
