I feel like “Common Man Restaurants” (located in NH) would be great for a “bigger than you know” segment. This one guy owns practically all the “mom and pop” and themed restaurants in the town center of Meredith, NH along Lake Winnipesaukee. He also owns several restaurants and the service stops along I-93 in New Hampshire.
