we live in a midwest town (100k). own a local mower shop with new sales and service.own shop for 11 years ,in that time 3 other shops have closed for one reason or another.
big box stores own new mowers sales for home owners ,it seems to be all about price, but they offer no support after the sale!!! we do the warranty work for them.
just seems like a big decline in the industry. But almost everyone owns a lawn mower.
