WORKING TITLE: The Rise and Fall and Rise Again? of Dell

While 8 years ago, Company Man did a video of “The Decline of Dell”, I think just viewing how, at least personally, I’ve been seeing them a lot more (albeit in corporate, enterprise and sponsorship related business, but common enough for the thought to come up). I’m wondering what kept them afloat despite visible floundering consumer sales, how they are competing against their current target competitors, and why a guess as to why they are successful in their new current market.
