Halo was the icon and face of Xbox and brought to the forefront many facets of gaming that we currently enjoy today – popularizing FPS, playing video games online, and making one of the most iconic video game characters of all time. The Bungie years were some of the best years for gaming and Halo. Once 343 took over Halo, the franchise has been in huge decline, from lackluster games, lack of games, and lack of understanding of what makes Halo, Halo. I would say 343 but it’s more the Rise and Fall of Halo.
