In Japan’s business culture, conglomorates that span a wide array of unrealted industries are quite common. Examples: Konami, who makes video games, gambling/Pachinko machines, Yu-Gi-Oh! and also owns a chain of fitness clubs. Or Mitsubishi, which well, look the up on Wikipedia.

This is a very different kind of business foundation and it would be interesting to see a video about some of these particular companies or why Japanese business is often structured this way.
