I currently started working in one, I find it interesting on how they are opening probably like 6 locations this year and more to go on the next year, so I’m wondering how they’re doing financially and how they’ve been able to grow at such rate, opening locations like that at a higher rate. They’re also very good at offering good tasty quality food, they have no microwaves or freezers for their food, so everything you get from them is fresh, when they run out of something they’re pretty much done offering it for the day, so there’s my idea, you could look into it since I find it quite interesting.
