Hello There is town next to me called Lindsay CA I never thought much of the town till I drove through it one day and discovered a huge abandoned olive plant then I did some research and discovered it was the original home of Lindsay olives the canned olives that are popular around the country I tried to go to there site and they have no mention of the original town at all and most people would never know that’s were they sued to come from apparently the original company in the 90s got hit with frost damage they wiped out olives a candle of salt brine pollution and competition with cambell they left the company to sell its brand name and left Lindsay to become a ghost town might make a great topic
