I’m not the most knowledgeable but i’ve been going here for years and thought it was a restaurant with maybe a handful of locations because of the attention to detail and decor and stuff. Come to find out it has over 200 in like 14 states and has several international efforts going in eastern/southeastern asia. It’s also a private company still which probably contributed to the local ‘handmade’ feel the locations have.

I think this company has a very very interesting story that would make a great video
