Canadian Chain of Chinese Buffets that takes the appeal of the local small town of Chinese buffet and refines the experience to be clean consistant. Oddly it’s Canadian exclusive as the closest American equivalent I can find is Mongolian grill, but that has a different selling point. Why doesn’t the USA have a Mandarin equivalent?
