It is just a big mess, the opening has been delayed since about 7 years and there are just faults everywhere. It might sound boring now, but read only one article and it becomes truly unbelievable. They spent millions of tax money to operate a empty subway only so that the subway tunnels don’t get moldy and the have been doing that since 2011! All in all it is just a prime example of bad design, management and communication and the topic would fit your channel quite well.
