Noble Roman’s Pizza

While big in Indiana in the 1980’s the pizza chain lost most of its dine in stores and funded itself largely through suing it’s franchises. They also switched their focus to premade take and bake pizza that was and still is sold in grocery and convenience stores. The largest store where their product was sold was Marsh Supermarkets which is now a defunct market chain. (another possible video idea?) However in the last few years Noble Romans dine in restaurants have began reappearing. An in depth look into this chain might be interesting.
