Rubios is a chain offering Mexican seafood as well as chicken and steak. I just got fired today, 5/30/2024 and was told 50+ stores will be closing including my store. I guess we are seeing a fall of rubios. They had about 150 stores but will go to about 100 I believe. That’s a big jump as a small company.
