Haim Saban brought over Power Rangers to the US. It succeeded, but not without controversies. Besides the obvious fighting from young kids during recess, there was the black ranger/yellow ranger being portrayed by a black and Asian actor (Thuy Trang RIP). He sold PR to Disney, then bought it back and sold it again to Hasbro Entertainment.
