This hotel chain has been expanding recently especially during COVID when a large REIT, SVC, terminated it’s agreement with Marriott and shifted almost 100 hotels to Sonesta. Sonesta is also starting to get into the franchise game that the big 3 have been shifting to during the past couple years.
