The origin story on Spectrum. Originally, it was Adelphia before it was sold to Comcast and Time Warner in 2006. Then in 2007, the company became Time Warner Cable. In 2016, Time Warner Cable was sold to Charter Communications and rebranded to Spectrum. The reason this is important is because Spectrum has been receiving too many internet outages in the last few years. Ever since Time Warner Cable became Spectrum. A lot of customers have been complaining of poor internet, phone, and cable services. A few months ago, Spectrum had worldwide outage that lasted 10 hours. No one could use the internet, phone, or cable. Recently because of COVID-19, a lot more customers are experiencing more internet Outages worst than Comcast. Also the customer services of Spectrum is not helpful. However, when customers get their modems replaced the internet still glitches. This is something that should be talked about because a lot of people should be know about it. Spectrum needs to be a better cable company. Spectrum has existed for only 4 years.
