The US Fair Industry is a 4.5 billion dollar a year industry. It would be interesting to show everyone how they grew, how states grew their state fairs, etc. I work in the industry, so I see how much impact and economic impact they have.

Also, how they have been affected by covid-19 would be an interesting part of the video. The loss of business is crazy.
