Umbro is a British soccer manufacturing company that had a huge surge into the United States in the late 80s into the 1990s. They were particularly known for their soccer shorts that were ubiquitous during this era but they started to rapidly disappeared. Recently, they have made a small comeback, particularly by selling their clothing at Target, but a rise and fall (and small rise again) in the US would be interesting.
