Once the most popular American agency that manages VTubers (YouTubers who stream behind anime avatars) and one of the big 3 global agencies, a combination of terrible management and viral reporting of said terrible management (including refusal to pay their VTubers for the work they do at the company and mismanagement of funds donated to their most popular streamer) caused the company to lose all of its talent and become defunct; all over a period of only 3 days in July 2025.
