Hello, I think the downfall of Western Digital should be covered. I was looking at the reviews, and man, they used to be the best, most reliable portable hard drives. Now they break or don’t work as soon as you buy them. I was looking at the reviews on the site, and 90% to 95% of them were about their products just breaking. Or not lasting for even a few months. It’s crazy how they went from being the best in the portable hard drive market to being the worst now. In addition, not even addressing the product failures and is now forcing customers to buy software for the drive to work when it used to be free. Then the customer support is no support at all, just telling customers to try a different cord, etc.
