Company that spun off from ABC (when it was ABC Films) and syndicated programs including Let’s Make a Deal. Later they sued World Vision International and kept its name, thus providing the disclaimer to distinguish it from the organization. Later they were owned by Taft Broadcasting and went on to distribute Hanna-Barbera and Ruby-Spears, then sold it to Great American Broadcasting and then Spelling, after which they went on to distribute Spelling’s programs including Beverly Hills, 90210, as well as other syndicated programs including Judge Judy. Then Viacom took over and eventually became part of what is now CBS Media Ventures.
