I was doing my research about the company for a school project this is 75 % of my grade. Yelp was an all-time high back in 2014 but never could reach that all-time high now. In 2019 Yelp hired a company SQN to analyze why the company was struggling and released a 112 page PDF. Besides the internal problems in the company, external problems were rising like Google using Yelp’s software. Thanks and love your videos.
